It is reported that DHU has been conducting cooperation with African countries since 2011 under the framework of the "20+20 Cooperation Plan for Chinese and African Universities." In May of this year, DHU was approved as a member institution of the Chinese side in the "100 Chinese and African Universities Program" and the "China-Africa University Alliance" exchange mechanism, focusing on cooperation in the digital field. During the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit, DHU signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding with the National Open University and the University of Kenya to jointly establish a regional cooperation center for digital education between China and Africa.
