On the evening of October 4, the women’s team speed relay finals of the climbing competition at the 19th Asian Games took place. Class 2021 student Deng Lijuan from the major of Marketing of DHU, along with her teammates Niu Di and Zhang Shaoqin, clinched the gold medal with a score of 20.925 seconds.

This is the second gold medal for the Chinese team in the climbing competition at the 19th Asian Games, and it is also the first time an athlete from DHU has won a championship at the Asian Games, marking a historic breakthrough. Earlier, on October 3, Deng Lijuan won a silver medal in the women’s individual speed climbing competition at the 19thAsian Games.
