The research team of Professor Xing Huaizhongfrom College of Science made important advances in the field of interahertz high frequency signal transmission. The relevant result was published onNature Communications, under the title of“High-frequency rectifiers based on type-II Dirac fermions”. The doctoral student Zhang Libo from College of Science is the first author. Professor Xing Huaizhong, Researcher Wang Linqi and Researcher Chen Xiaoshuang from Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics Chinese Academy of Sciences and Professor Antonio Politano from University of L 'Aquila are corresponding authors.
