Prof. Shi Xiangyang’s research group from College of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology made significant advances in the field of radio sensitization of tumors and treatment integration. The related paper was published in the renowned journal in the field of material, Advanced Functional Materials, under the title of “Targeted Tumor Hypoxia Dual-Mode CT/MR Imaging and Enhanced Radiation Therapy Using Dendrimer-Based Nanosensitizers” and Donghua University is the first completion unit. The doctoral student from College of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology Fan Jue and Dr Tu Wenzhi from Oncology, Center Shanghai General Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine are joint first authors, Prof. Shi Xiangyang and Prof. Liu Yong from Department of Radiation Oncology, Shanghai General Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine are joint corresponding authors.
