Progress made in the field of biomimetic fiber for tissue regeneration research by Prof. Zhang Yanzhong’s research team

Date:2020-08-10

Prof. Zhang Yanzhong’s research group from College of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology made latest progress in the field of biomimetic fiber for tissue regeneration research. The related results were published in the main stream journals in the field of biomaterial,  ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces and Acta Biomater. respectively, titled as “Stiffness of Aligned Fibers Regulates the Phenotypic Expression of Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells”和“Stiffness of the Aligned Fibers Affects Structural and Functional Integrity of the Oriented Endothelial Cells”. The first author of both papers is Yi Bingcheng, the doctoral student of College of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology.
