Prof. Jiang Wan and Prof. Wang Lianjun collaborated with Prof G.Jeffrey Snyder from Northwestern University and constructed a three-dimensional stretchable thermoelectric fabric by utilizing the elastic force relationship of bending fibers to realize the self-supporting of thermoelectric modules. The paper was published in Nature Communications titled as “Stretchable fabric generates electric power from woven thermoelectric fibers”. The first author is the doctoral student Sun Tingting from College of Materials.
