On April 15, the signing ceremony of Spring Donghua Excellent Student Scholarship, the first enterprise scholarship established by Donghua University for international students, was held at the Alumni Home of Yan’an Road campus. It is decided that the selection of excellent international students will start from autumn this year, and 5 students will be awarded the scholarship of RMB 10,000 each every year. Vice President Liu Chunhong and Ma Weijie, Deputy General Manager of New Zealand Spring (Shanghai) International Trading Limited attended the signing ceremony, along with officials from International Cultural Exchange School and Foundation of Donghua University.
Liu Chunhong, on behalf of Donghua University, expressed thanks to the enterprise for the support of DHU’s international education, and hoped that the international students will cherish the opportunities and assistance provided by the Chinese government as well as all sectors of society and study hard to grow in practice while knowing more about China’s society.
