After years of teaching practice, the Institute has attracted a strong teaching team of over 160 faculty members, among them there are 22 professors (8 doctoral supervisors) and 35 associate professors.In addition, the Institute has invited 61 professors, experts, and designers from home and abroad to be its consulting or part-time professor. Among them there are: famous French designer Emanuel Ungaro, Daniel Tribouillard, Sonia Rykiel, famous Italian designer Vittorio Missoni, the late Gianfranco Ferré, Mr. Cesare Romiti, Chairman of Italy-China Foundation, Prof. Yang Yongshan of Tsinghua University, Prof. Cao Yiqiang of China Academy of Arts, Director Fan Jinshi of Dunhuang Research Institute, Prof. Michael Esson of University of New South Wales of Australia, Mr. Onuma Jun - president of Japan Bunka Fashion College, Prof. Stefano Paschina - director of Institute of European Design of Italy, Prof. Shan Fan of Design Factory International of Hamburg, Germany, Prof. Lyu Hochang of Konkuk University of Korea、Prof. Richard Ouwerkerk – director of Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam University of Holland. The list also includes some of the most famous entrepreneurs in China, to name a few, Mr. Li Rucheng - president of Youngor, Mr. Gao Dekang - president of Bosideng, Mr. Zheng Yonggang - president of Firs Investment Company, Mr. Chen Jingwei – president of China Kingwai Group.
