UNIDO Delegation Visits DHU

On September 10, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) China Representative Office,, accompanied by delegations of government and industrial economic development officials from Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, the Philippines, and other countries, visited DHU.


Vice President Zhao Zhen attended the symposium, providing a comprehensive introduction to DHU’s educational philosophy, development achievements, and progress in scientific and technological innovation. The heads of the International Cooperation Office and the Institute of Scientific Research presented DHU's international cooperation and technological innovation efforts, engaging in in-depth discussions on promoting international exchanges, international industry-university-research collaboration, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

The delegation also visited Science and Technology Achievements Exhibition Center and Center for Civil Aviation Composites in DHU. They expressed appreciation for our accomplishments in textile innovation, green energy, and sustainable urban infrastructure development, looking forward to more cooperation opportunities in the future.


This visit is part of the UNIDO's South-South Industrial Cooperation inspection and technical exchange activities in China, aimed at promoting collaboration between China and other developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region by sharing China’s best practices in sustainable industrialization. The exchange deepened the interaction between UNIDO and DHU, and laid the foundation for future cooperation between the two sides. DHU will continue to leverage its strengths in scientific and technological innovation and international cooperation, actively participating in the UN's sustainable development agenda and the global industrial development process.
