Since 2017, Donghua University has undertaken annually the Advanced Seminar for Textile Industry International Cooperation (BR-TIIC)”, which is among a series of Belt and Road senior seminars sponsored by the SH Municipal Education Commission. The program recruits doctoral or master's degree candidates, outstanding senior undergraduate students, young faculty and researchers, and practitioners in the textile and apparel industries from the Belt & Road countries.
Through the content modules of academic learning and discussion, industrial visit and investigation, and Shanghai cultural experience and visit, the program aims to help the participants expand their professional knowledge, understand industry trends, and broaden their visions. The whole program will be conducted in English.
During the program, participants will have the opportunity to receive the following financial support: waiver of application fee, tuition fee, and fee of on-campus accommodation within the specified date.
