On March 24, the Third Meeting of the Second Technical Committee of the Engineering Research Center of Digitalized Textile & Fashion Technology (hereinafter referred to as “ERCDTFT”) was held in Songjiang Campus, DHU. Prof. Chen Chun, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhejiang University; Prof. Jiang Changjun, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Tongji University; Zhu Yong, Chairman of Supervisory Board of Bright Food Group Co., Ltd; Prof. Huang Biao of the University of Alberta, Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, and other professors and scholars attended the meeting. The meeting was co-chaired by Academician Chen Chun, Director of the Technical Committee of the ERCDTFT, and Prof. Ding Bin, Head of the Science & Research Institute of DHU.

The Director of the ERCDTFT, Shen Bo, introduced the general orientation and R&D direction of the ERCDTFT, and gave a general report on the R&D projects undertaken by it, the results achieved, and the industrial cooperation and international exchange established this year. Mr. Zhao Mingbo, Mr. Zou Lei, and Mr. Liu Huashan, the young teachers of the ERCDTFT, gave a presentation on “Research on multi-task clothing retrieval method based on unimodal and cross-modal”, “State estimation for complex sensing environment” and “Research on the integration of robot+AI technology for flexible, intelligent manufacturing” respectively in detail.
