On September 21th, the opening ceremony of ShangHai International College of Fashion and Innovation has been hold in DongHua University.

Through the academic collaboration with Edinburgh College of Arts, SCF aims to become the world’s leading education institution. Our College was unveiled in April during DongHua Fashion week. Frist grad 26 students has been selected and enrolled this month by two different majors, Fashion Innovation and Fashion Interior Design.

The President of Donghua University, Prof. Xu is giving speech on the ceremony.

SCF major course are full- English teaching. And SCF students can have the opportunity study in Edinburgh College of Arts for Last two years. The faculty team of SCF is composed of 4 different parts: Course Teacher, Consulting Professors, Visiting Professors and Adjunct Professor. All 28 adjunct professors are fashion or interior design experts with academic background or leadership from companies with in fashion industry.  We had 12 of them attend to the ceremony and awarding to our Adjunct Professors.

At the ceremony, we also awarded to some of our best Student with Donghua-Mingyuan International creation freshmen scholarship.

At the end of our ceremony, we had four 600 second Micro lectures from Adjunct Professor Michael Hann, Helen Lee, Terence Lai and Simon Ma.
