The topics concerned include how to make the design without waste and pollution possible, how to promote sustainable development through inheritance and innovation of traditional crafts, and how to classify, recycle, remake and resell old clothes.

On 25 June, some experts of the seminar visited Zhejiang Jiaren New Materials Co., Ltd. in Shaoxing, learning about the technology of chemical-cycle regenerative polyester unique to the company. As one of the most advanced technologies in the world, this technology makes it possible to recycle and regenerate waste polyester textiles that could not be degraded, making the vision of circular economy in the chemical fiber industry a reality.
